A smooth, silky maple spread that is great on toast, ice cream, fresh cut fruits and just about anything! It also makes a great frosting for cakes or other bakery items.
Maple cream is made by simply boiling more of the water out of maple syrup, then letting it cool to room temperature. It is then stirred until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Enjoy!
